Setup

Up and running in five minutes.

  1. Unzip and install. Mac: drag Solvyn into Applications. Windows: run “Install Solvyn”.
  2. Open it once. On a Mac, allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
  3. Get the free brain. Create a free Google Gemini key in a minute, no card, and paste it in.
  4. Say hello. Tell it about yourself and allow the microphone. That's it.

Solvyn isn't from the App Store yet, so macOS asks you to confirm once. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway, then Open.

Yes. The free brain uses a Google Gemini key, which is free and needs no card. You can also run a brain on your own computer. Claude (the best answers) and the ElevenLabs voice are optional and use your own paid keys.

Your to-dos, notes, memories and settings stay in a folder on your computer. Only what you ask is sent to the brain you choose, to get the answer.

Not yet. Solvyn runs on Mac and Windows computers for now.

Yes. Switch the language to French and it listens and answers in French.
